As the treatments I offer are of a specialised and often very personal nature, I prefer to talk to you first before I book in an appointment. It is best for me to ascertain that I am able to provide you with the service you require, before commencing a consultation.

cancellation policy

I appreciate that your time is valuable, and so is mine. In consideration of this , please provide 24 hours notice for any cancellations. This allows your appointment to be offered to someone on the wait list. A cancellation fee of the amount of the booked service will apply. A follow up appointment will not be booked until the outstanding amount has been paid.
